- As with sports massage therapy below, all clients must undergo profiling, an essential starting point that is needed in order to obtain value information about several things:
- Firstly, the movement screening will identify how well you move.
- Secondly, the work capacity assessment will identify your strength levels.
- Thirdly, fitness testing will identify the quality & quantity of specific fitness components related to your physical goals.
- Once this profiling has been completed & the data has been reviewed, the training program will be tailored to your individual sport, event or goal.
- Can be used interchangeably with sports massage therapy sessions.
